Yep, I'll be heading north of the border again!
I'll be there from Thursday 13th through to Sunday.
I'll be doing an astro sketching workshop with solar sketching added to the mix. If the weather is playing nice I'm hoping to use my Daystar Quark to do a live demo of solar sketching.
I'll also be doing a talk titled "Get in, sit down, shut up, hold on - this is gonna be
LOUD!". The moon is often the very first target we look at through a scope. But from then on most observing is only fleeting. But if we take a little time the Moon has a wealth of detail to offer, and is an open story book of its history.
I'm also happy to help out with the Sky Tours. Just waiting on confirmation from the organizing committee if they need my help.
I'll also be flying the flag for Gondwana Telescopes. I'll have all three models to showcase, including the new 8" f/4 Kulali.
