Hi Glen,

The best possible route to resolve issues like this is to let me know directly on my support forum at www.otelesscope.com. Posting on a general forum does have it merit and you get real feedback from real users... but it is difficult for me to scout the internet for issues when then are not reported directly.

The most common source of freeze are computer related, not software.

1) Make sure you have plenty of diskspace.
2) Make sure your disk is not set to go to sleep after 10 minutes in inactivity; this is the most common cause.
