It's been a while since I last used my camera, so I thought I would share my recent shots
This first group is of a poor little butterfly that I found stuck in a cold wet part of out backyard. I took it out into the sun to let it warm up and to prevent our dog and kids from stepping on it.
I haven't seen one like this in a long time, never this close up either. The first thing I noticed was the bright blue eye on the underside of its wing.
