Folks,
While still finding my feet with my 'new' rig, I decided it was about time I turned it to something well matched to the focal length
This is a stack of just 4 10 minute exposures at ISO1600 using my modded Canon 1100D attached to the back of my C8 Edge HD at f/10, so it's a little noisy and it looks like the wind was pushing my tracking off a little (it would have been facing almost into the wind) as the stars aren't perfectly round.
Even so, I'm pleased with how the experiment turned out, but appreciate that it needs more and better subs.
