Power outages during the recent storms fizzed my desktop PC. Am now on my old standby PC with Windows XP.

So I am in the market for a new PC fitted with Windows 8 for general home use.

Any suggestions for one of price around $500? Box only required, NO screen, keyboard, mouse.
