I am indebted to another IIS member here in Adelaide for helping me with doing a belt mod and general tune up on my EQ6.
The mount is now very quiet - the neighbours will be happy that I'm no longer apparently using a coffee grinder in the garden at midnight!
The big question though is what it performs like. As a test, did 3 hours on M83. QHY8 on an RC8. 9 subs of 20 minutes.
Could of course do with more data. Comments/advice appreciated.
