Hypertuning refers to a few subtle modifications to the inners of the mount. Typically replacing the bearings on the worm drives, degreasing and re-greasing everything, scraping some paint overspray off the sliding faces on the mount, and from the ground up recalculating and replacing the factory teflon shims with something that has a harder material so it doesn't compress and misalign the worm drive. Some people go all out and replace the main bearings too and sometimes even the entire worm gear.

The worm bearings and the re-grease is well worth doing in my opinion.

Google EQ6 HEQ6 or NEQ6 hypertune and you'll get plenty of results, they are all very similar mounts.
