I have now uploaded pictures and text to my web site from the eclipse trip to Svalbard and aurora trip to Tromsø.

I have reworked the solar eclipse composite of the corona using a Larsen-Sekanina filter using Photoshop and compositing many extra images. I have now eliminated those voids in the previously posted image that were composite artifacts.

There are 5 slide shows,

• Two extended time lapse sequences of spectacular aurora events.
• wide angle time lapse sequence of the umbra passing over.
• Ice caving in a melt water channel in the Longyearbyen Glacier -some formations look remarkably similar to limestone caves - straws, curtains, flow stone and stalagtites.
• 160 km eight hour snow mobile tour to the glacier outflow at Tempelfjorden on Spitzbergen.
