Hi guys just a quick question regarding how to match an eyepiece and telescope.
Up until now I have simply just bought what seemed good and I haven't experienced anything that I would say "wont work well" with my scopes (8 inch full tube dob and ed80 triplet) but I have seen people mention how important it is to buy the right kind of eyepiece with your scope and in examples given I saw that in fact some of the ones I have bought are on the "wont work with a newt" column.

Can anyone elaborate further on this topic and help me understand how to match them up.
