Careful Andrew. The Mosaic Bug can cause you all sorts of frustrations once you get bitten. It's almost as maddening as The Animation Bug.
Very nice mosaic though mate. I'd agree with Mike about the frame rate. You might also want to consider only doing your sharpening with the wavelets in Registax. You will have much finer control over it there, the Paintshop Pro seems to have put a hard edge to your image and the sharpening doesn't seem to be even over the whole mosaic.
If you want to be a real glutton for punishment, whack a barlow in and get some hires ones (about 40 or so ) and stick 'em together. Check out the image at the bottom of the page
