Hi Lester

Visually, Antares companion looks green because Antares is so bright and being red in colour, the eye is somehow fooled into seeing the much fainter companion appear as the complementary colour green. (Red/Green)

Photographically, the CCD is not fooled so the "true" colour, blue is revealed.
