I called that place once with credit card in hand, wanting to order a telescope right there and then, and
that cranky woman said "I'm too busy, buy it from the website".

Yes AOE are great with that, but full marks have to go to Wildcard Innovations. I emailed them re a problem with my argo navis installation, and i got a very helpfull reply
within an hour on a Sunday!
