Downloaded latest Java (I was having the same issues), but didn't solve my problem
I tried loading via both the Firecapture exe and the Firecapture QHY exe files, both told me a Java SE issue. I can however load via the Firecapture webcam exe file (and recognised QHY WMD), so I may need to update my QHY drivers?
