If your scope is one meter in physical length I would recommend their MX+. Even though the weight isn't an issue with the MyT I think that is a lot of length to move around. If you've got the $9000 in place and do get the MyT you'll eventually regret not getting the MX+.
If you do choose the MyT you'll probably need the full size MX tripod. I'd be a little concerned about the whole thing tipping over with the MyT tripod.
