Question Puzzled by colours

Folks,

This is a shot of the region around the Tarantula nebula that I've been puzzling over for a while. It's a single 2 minute exposure taken through my little Zenithstar 71mm (f/4.9) with the Fuji X-E1.

With a little colour stretching, the greens and purples bloom. There's a little pink in there too. I guess what I'm asking is...how to colour balance this?

Is there a good frame of reference in this area to use for colour balancing, or am I seeing just the different characteristics of the Fuji sensor compared to the Canon sensor I'm used to?

Any insights gratefully received! I'm just trying to make a little sense out of what I'm seeing
