A great white can create a bite pressure of 18 tons per square inch, so the crocs thick hide still isn't a consideration. Also the sharks teeth ARE designed to slice through and cut chunks of "whatever" away, a crocs teeth are actually quite badly spaced and they kill more by tearing and wrenching than "biting through" flesh as such. Even when they are fighting other large crocs they tend to win more by drowning their opponent than anything else.

I'd say the great white IS the favourite, but a big enough croc who could get his jaws on the shark AND get the first bite in might be a chance - percentage wise though it's the shark to win for my $50.
