We are at the top of an 85 meter driveway with 5 other houses and get service vehicles and various visitors using our large top concrete area to turn around in. It is actually on our property, not a communal area.
I didn't realise how prevalent this was till I took a weeks leave a while ago and was working in the garage for a few days. Even when I stepped outside to watch the antics they just ignored me. There is nothing but solid fence to hit out there so not a real problem but just annoying.
