Andre. This has been sitting for a while and you may have it fixed by now.

Ribbons are generally the culprit, no live-view, no power, etc, but this one is a bit odd. Ribbon cables come in 3 types on Canons from what I can see and the options that come to mind are;

Straight plug in type - these can easily sit skew, so make sure they are all straight.

Clip over the cable, and

Clip on the opposite side to the cable. With both these be careful that the clip is not resisting the ribbon from seating fully home - when inserting the ribbon. The clip part sometimes drops half way and blocks the ribbon.

Ground straps. There are sometimes two - tighten the screws - easy to forget.
