Yes, this sensor works very well with my refractor. Was originally thinking about getting a camera with ICX694, but VERY happy that I eventually went for ICX814.

As for my TS flattener, it works well with small sensors (Atik 428 and QSI690), but I have no idea how well would it perform with larger sensors.
I doubt I'll ever be going larger than an APS-C sensor so I'm not too worried about 35mm sensor compatibility or anything like that.
I would eventually like to make the move to a CCD and something around the size of the ICX814 is what I would be aiming for, so field correction across a sensor that size shouldn't be a drama.

TS just got back to me and said their 2.5" flattener would be the way to go with an adapter that allows it to sit inside the focuser, avoiding any potential back focus issues.
So I guess now I just need to make sure I definitely don't want a flattener/reducer combination.

Decisions, decisions...haha
