I am hesitant to ask this, I would like to think that you will get through your current situation. It would be a shame for you to have sell everything for whatever reason.

However, I am currently looking for a good mount, maybe there is opportunity there if you are willing to separate, and if you really really really have to.

If this is on your mind we would have to consider postage to Victoria as well.

I do though hope that it all works out and you "get over this hurdle".
