I agree, although the lure of astronomy and gear often will not see you have one scope but a few! I remember when I started and said I will only have one telescope ... all the guys in the club just laughed and said 'Yeah right' and now I have three!
I too am trying to get into astrophotography and just starting to learn the basics.
