The shark has no chance as it is 'soft' and the croc is 'hard'. The shark has no hard skeleton. If a small shark (less than 3 meters) bothers you just give it a hard whack in the eye or face. Not a smack in the mouth as you might lose your hand and or more.
A big salty would have it for breakfast, if it could catch it.
