Dont have a Credit card or Pay Pal for that matter, but my wife dose and her Pay Pal account has been used improperly a number of times.
Someone even bought an IPad in her name using it.

I prefer to pay by bank transfer when I can. Cash second, Debit card, third, CC 4th and PayPal as a last resort.
I've had hassles with PayPal and it takes forever to sort out even minor difficulties.
