Finished my fan cooling yesterday.
Took the mirror out yesterday, cleaned it (took some photos, too, so I can write a how-to for mirror cleaning), and attached the sensor to the mirror.
The fan mod is finished, the mounting plate fits, works, all hooks up to the 12v battery.
Got heaps of photos in the camera, will transfer them later and post them.
