Thanks Ross. Must be the shorter FL. Seems like I don't have to expose that long. It was more obvious on M78 which is pretty faint, and the rosette and the cone as well. Still got some decent data.

Yeah count me in for Coona. Can't wait to get under dark skies again. Got a 7:1 micro focuser for it in the post so I'll have motorised focusing happening soon.
