But who is going to analyse what went out compared to what went in?
If one doesn't eat much by way of green vegetables for a few days, I can't imagine some portion of those multi-vitamins not being used in any way whatsoever.
If one doesn't get any sun - ever - as seems to be the case with some of my relatives, some Vitamin D might be useful.
