A 1:1:1 Hubble combine is usually very green because most objects are brighter in Ha than OIII or SII. You might want to try stretching the red and blue channels a little more. In PixInsight you can do an unlinked stretch which often produces a nice result. Not sure how you do the equivalent in Maxim/Nebulosity.
