I 2nd Jo's choice.
I also used one of these. Essentially they are a relay thermostat...but I found they can control to +/- 1 degree accuracy for Peltiers.
Be careful in that some of these controllers are 220V operation some 12V also some may only have a range for +ve temperatures. There are lots of variants on fleabay for ~$20 or less.
