1. Mojo is right, the banner at the top links you back directly to the page - but I agree i'll try and find some realestate to put a direct link.
2. Ken did the glossary, not Paul, and there's 2 ways to get to it. a) from the Resources->Glossary menu item on the main page, or b) by going to the beginners forum, there's already a sticky thread with a link to the glossary.
3. I know what you mean, i'll see what I can do. If you use the "Post Reply" button instead of using the "quick reply" box, you can select the "Email Notification" checkbox to ensure you're notified about replies to threads you're interested in. I'll investigate your request though.
