The friend who I wrote about earlier:
It seems that things have taken a twist. My friend I will refer to as Tom and his "girlfriend" in the Philippines as Jane.
Tom started asking Jane, if she had a new boyfriend. Jane never answered that question even though it was asked several times over a week.
One day Jane informed Tom that she had been injured in a car accident and needed money. Tom was now suspicious. He refused.
A day or two later Tom contacted Jane's Parents. They knew nothing about any car accident. Jane has not been in contact with Tom for a week now.
Now Tom has been saying to me he believes it was a scam. That has been my mindset since he had told me that a 19 yr o was in love with him.
Tom has now initiated contact with another young Philippine woman.
I now say nothing. I don't want to know about it.
