If you havent heard already - its been raining in the Adelaide Hills.
Its been raining here for around 6 hours - started lightly and its just kept building all the while - now its quite heavy rain and the ground is sodden - so if Ground Zero has the same rainfall - hopefully there wont be anything smouldering by morning.
Its a big relief for those who have been on edge for the last few days and an enormous relief I am sure for those in the immediate vicinity and especially for all those who havent been allowed back to their homes since it started.
And also all the volunteers who have worked hard and long in some awful conditions away from their own families and homes.
