I noticed that it is covered in the lens profiles too Brad, and also in Dx0 as a Camera/Lens combination with the eos600D. That's very satisfying.
I'm not surprised now I have seen the results, and I still get a thrill every day when I pick my camera up that I own one.
Another thing I noticed is the weight of the lens, being significantly higher than the Canon 18-55 stock lens I had been using, is that it seems to dampen vibrations from the shutter.
Also read (dpreview?) that the 17mm is wider than the Canon and Sigma versions. Does this mean lenses are labelled according to the intent in the optical configuration, rather than the actual performance? I don't know how much wider and have nothing to test it with, or ever seen test images from the three that compare them for this.
Having used it, I highly recommend it.
