I'm no mosaic expert but I've learned from a couple of mistakes that it's important to plan in advance, use plate solving to make sure your panels are centred in the right spot with the right PA, and have plenty of overlap between panels. Then take a sub for each panel and make sure they fit together well before you invest too much time.
