ETA Carina first Deep Sky after a long break

Hi All, managed a quick and dirty ETA Carina last night. Very minimalistic image editing as I have been very tired and slightly ill over the last few weeks.

I am now very happy with my new pier and mount with very little vibration in comparison to the tripod which made a hell of a noise, now is so much quieter.

I am also happy with the alignment after observing a few stars getting them aligned into the guide camera EQAlign was able to get a really accurate alignment done. The end result with this image is nice pin point star. DeepSkyStacker was able to get star scores of 2500 give or take, much higher than I have ever had and the final star count for this image is over 13000 stars also much higher than I previously ever had.

Processing is the only thing letting me down, have to go back to the drawing board and re-learn thing over again, need better colour.

This is 20 x 120 seconds lights, not flats, no darks, no bias, so very minimalistic. Nice to be back gathering photon (as StrongMike would put it )
