Lowest power eyepiece
To achieve an exit pupil of say 8mm ( a fully dark adjusted eye pupil) ;any bigger doesn't really get any more light into the eye; on your telescope this would require a 250/8= 32mm eyepiece. So any eyepiece around 30/ 32mm will give you the lowest possible maginfication that you could use visually.
I use a 32mm TV plossl, OK for me.
