In general UCAC4 does not have stars brighter than 8th magnitude.
I use a combination of UCAC4 and other catalogs cover the brighter stars.
This is what that area looks like in Alt/Az with the DSS image overlaid. There are UCAC4, SAO and HD designations shown.
