I have paid a 3.5-4% Transaction Fee when I elect to pay via PayPal on private purchases like on Astromart but this is the first time a vendor has requested the 3.5% transaction fee, 6 days after I paid through PayPal. Because the vendor advertises here on IIS I cannot reveal their name so please don't ask.
