While I am interested in a solution to this question in the future, this mate asked the question yesterday out of interest.
Upload a list of objects (or RA, Dec) to image and at what time, exposure etc. Telescope goto's. Camera focusses, exposes and downloads. Software batch processes and saves to HD, telescope parks in morning.
Get up and examine images during coffee.
While I think that MaximDL would do some of this (my copy doesn't seem to like win8 and I'm not sure of M...DL6 yet -mainly cost), not the coffee 'though.
