Another small software tool has been added to www.davesastrotools.weebly.com. This new one is called Reticles. It's a general purpose tool that provides a range of different reticles that you can float over other on-screen displays. Presently the available reticle designs are :

• Default – A double ring bullseye with crosshairs
• Quarters – Simple crosshairs with optional centre circle
• Diagonals – Diagonal crosshairs with optional centre circle
• Thirds – Division into three either horizontally, vertically or both
• Golden mean – Reticle divided into three levels of segments using the golden mean principle

Suggestions for additional reticle designs are always welcome.
