Thanks Rob, I hope to see your M33 soon . I noticed the "yolk colour" pop when I added the Ha data. In fact I toned down the amount of Ha as it was originally overwhelming the core.

Rob, I used the range selection tool to allow me to mask the background and target/sharpen the Galaxy or as Rick suggested, invert and mask the galaxy to just work on the background.
