Upgraded the video card in the PC ( can't do THAT in a laptop ) now Stellarium is working albeit a bit slow.
And in breaking news a LVI 'clone' Autoguider, the Orion Starshoot Solitaire has appeared on our local auction site ! Price isn't too bad although I'll wait to see if it gets any interest and maybe negotiate if nothing much happens. I still like the idea of standalone and maybe might take the EQ6 out on the tripod to a dark site one day.
