aviraw is great to simply split colour into r,g,b videos. save first as a single rgb and then the three separate. then load up each into registax, or convert to bmp's if using ppmcentre first
I really like your reprocess. Mike in my mind has a real skill with processing. He knows where the balance of not overprocessing ie wavelets and i reckon his colours on jupiter are now spot on. As good as anyone else that i have seem on any world forum.
As i said in another thread, there are at least 7 individual ways to bring out the data and we then use a combination of each of those.
So again, practise makes perfect
