E-mail is a curse...but, I guess that is progress for you...the joy of a "paperless" world...
I get many e-mails a day...I handle them once...I read and delete or move to an appropriate folder...
Rule of thumb, if I am only cc'd I delete it...
Before I read anything I look for the "last in series" and delete all previous versions...
It is true that if it is important people will send another message...if it is really important they will call...
