I've been naughty. I put bill on hold and bought an 8" F4 imaging newt. It arrives next week. In the meantime I've been practicing collimation with the 6" F5. If I get images half as good as yours I'll be happy. |

Yep, an 8" f/4 packs punch, certainly cuts down on exposure times.
Steel tube or carbon fibre?
If steel I have a few mods that should help with flexure.
