It is not THAT bad to watch it online. After all people use webcams to see the moon on their monitors... But it is still disappointing. Yesterday I went out with a temperature to buy a battery for the finderscope (it had just gone out). Today I charged the battery of both my cameras and prepared everything. It was sunny all day but of course as usual the weather changed for the eclipse.
