Hello good people,
I'm in Vermont, a north-eastern state in the USA
, which always votes against the rest of that place. I've been involved in astronomy since I was 4 - which is 50 years ago. I have quite a few friends in Aus. Mostly Queensland. And having an interest in that which I can't see from where I am, I thought I'd get some inside info from the astronomers in the southern hemisphere.
