One set of ZrO2 bearings is still available and confirmed these bearings are NOT suitable for HEQ5Pro which requires 9mm bearings instead of 8mm. Unsure if they are suitable for the standard HEQ5.
If you have a HEQ5 and are interested, remove an end-float cover (little black rubber cover) from one of the worm drives to expose the shaft and measure the shaft diameter. If it's 8mm in diameter and the entire entry is about 20mm wide then these are the bearings for you.
