I don't see the point of the "Beginners Start Here!" thread in the "Beginners Start Here!" forum. It's nearly 200 posts long. New members feel encouraged to post their questions in that thread instead of starting a new thread in that or abother forum. Or was that the idea in the first place? If it was, sorry but I don't think it is good one.
I suspect questions would get lot better responses if they were asked in new threads.
