There is an element of personal preference and a "world view" issue of what you consider to be a "truthful" representation of the actual object.

If you believe in showing what is "really there" then you'll want to capture the H-alpha and show it off -> RED.

If you believe in showing what the human eye tends to see then you want to leave out most of the H-alpha (like an unmodified DSLR) -> BLUE/GREEN.
