You want both GOOD and CHEAP. Hmmm! That's a toughie. A goat with a saddle might fit both but not much else.
Avoid the fancy names that look flash but are made of plastic. Greenfield is a good solid brand that makes good solid (not flashy) machines. Cox is another. But cheap?? Only second-hand and then you're in the land of false economies.
